Education and celebrities

Would you like your kids to have a education based on a celebrity as a role model? I wouldn't.

In the first place, most of them are spoilt and rude people whose behavior is embarrassing. They usually get drunk when they go to parties and some of them abuse of drugs. Although they have no real talent, they have a fortune just for doing nothing. For instance, Paris Hilton is an heiress to the Hilton Hotels.

I think the values that celebrities transmit to their public are superficial and the perfect roles models for a kid are his parents.

This is a funny picture that shows some students in a class. Most of them are slept because we can see in the backgruond that it is in the morning and they probably have just arrived to school. There is only one person whose eyes are opened.

One of the student seems to have a headache. I would say that last night they went partying and that's the reason why they are so tired.

I imagine they are waiting for the teacher to star the class, and when he will appeare, he will be surprised of the scene.

Fame is overwhelming

I think being a celebrity is synonym of being under pressure. Famous people are always in the spotlight and the magazines often gossip about them, so it is easy that impressions of glamour fool them and they become a bad role model.

That is what happened to Amy Winehouse. Amy,who won five Grammy Awards, was a singer and songwriter known for her jazz and soul music. Although she had a huge talent, she received media attention because of her self-destructive behavior. In several interviewsshe admitted having problems with depression and drug addiction.
At the age of 27, Amy was found dead in her London apartment.

From my point of view, most of the time, the price of fame is paid very high.
